Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the course date, a 15% processing fee will apply and the balance of your registration will be refunded.
   
• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours, no refund will be issued.
   
• If rescheduling occurs more than 48 hours prior to the course date, your full course fee will be transferred to the next course date available.
   
• If rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours, your full course fee will be transferred plus a $25 + GST administration fee will apply. Only one course rescheduling will be accepted with the consequence of loosing your full course fee.
   
• If you do not attend the scheduled course and no attempt to contact Piece of Mind is made, you will loose your full course fee.
   
• If you arrive 1 hour late, it will be assumed you are not attending the course and no refund will be issued (late comers will not be accepted). 
   
• If you miss any portion of the scheduled course, you must make this up by rescheduling in a future course. A $25 plus GST administration fee will apply. 
   
• If you decide not to complete the course, no refund will be issued.
