Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the course date, a 15% processing fee will apply and the balance of your registration will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours, no refund will be issued.
If rescheduling occurs more than 48 hours prior to the course date, your full course fee will be transferred to the next course date available.
If rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours, your full course fee will be transferred plus a $25 + GST administration fee will apply. Only one course rescheduling will be accepted with the consequence of loosing your full course fee.
If you do not attend the scheduled course and no attempt to contact Piece of Mind is made, you will loose your full course fee.
If you arrive 1 hour late, it will be assumed you are not attending the course and no refund will be issued (late comers will not be accepted).
If you miss any portion of the scheduled course, you must make this up by rescheduling in a future course. A $25 plus GST administration fee will apply.
If you decide not to complete the course, no refund will be issued.
